A conversation about the problem, not the solution yet. We ask what's actually blocking you, who uses this, and what "done" looks like — before proposing how to build it.
Estimate
A scoped proposal: what we'll build, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If the fit isn't right — budget, timeline, or problem — we'll say so here rather than after work has started.
Build
Regular check-ins, working software early rather than a single reveal at the end, and a clear channel back to us if priorities shift.
Ship
A live, deployed release — plus the infrastructure and handoff you need to keep operating it without us.
